La Coppa del Mondo della Gelateria è iniziata ufficialmente!🍦🏆
Nella prima giornata della competizione, sono stati estratti gli ingredienti segreti della Mystery Box, tra cui il nostro Caraibico Master Baristi macinato moka 250gr e il 100% Arabica Master Baristi in grani in latta Hi-Tech da 1kg.
Alla squadra argentina è stata assegnata la nostra miscela caraibica per moka in combinazione con l'albicocca🍑, mentre per la squadra francese, già vincitrice nel 2018 con un gelato al Caffè Camardo, è stato selezionato il 100% Arabica in grani abbinato all'arancia🍊.
Buon lavoro a tutte le squadre!☺ _

The secret ingredients of the mystery box have been drawn, including our Caraibico Master Baristi moka ground and 100% Arabica Master Baristi beans.
The Argentinian team has to work with the Caraibico moka blend in combination with apricot🍑, while for the French team, who won the competition in 2018 with a Camardo Coffee ice cream, the mystery boxes contained 100% Arabica coffee beans and orange🍊. "In an old Italian newspaper you could read that the art of freezing belongs eminently to Italy, that the origin of ice creams is ancient and that the first ice creams in Paris were served to Caterina de' Medici in 1533.
