We’d like to share this coffee cake recipe with you:
320gr all-purpose flour
200gr melted butter
1 sachet of baking powder
Break the eggs and put them in a bowl with sugar, whisk them with an electric mixer until you get a frothy mixture. Then add coffee, butter and mix again. Finally add the sifted flour and the sachet of baking powder.
Grease and flour a 24cm mold, put the dough in and bake at 180°C degrees for 40 minutes.
Perfect for every moment of the day, with a special taste of coffee!
