Chocolate brownies: original recipe
The weekend is approaching and in autumn, turning on the oven becomes a real pleasure, with the scent of a homemade cake in the whole house. Today we share with you the original recipe of chocolate brownies, a perfect sweet treat in combination with the soft and creamy taste of the timeless blens Espresso Crema Camardo, available in ground coffee for moka and in the brand new compostable capsule compatible with A Modo Mio® *.
The advantage of chocolate brownies is that you can prepare them very quickly and without the use of electrical appliances. They are delicious and easy to prepare, everyone likes chocolate brownies!
Here is the recipe:
Ingredients for a 20x20cm pan
200g dark chocolate 70%
250g brown sugar
100g flour 00
half a teaspoon of baking powder
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
Melt the butter and dark chocolate in bain-marie or microwave. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk the eggs and brown sugar. Just whsk for a short time without incorporating any air as chocolate brownies have a dense and creamy texture.
Add the previously melted chocolate and butter to the mixture, mix and add the vanilla essence, flour and baking powder.
Grease a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. You will see that the brownies are ready when they start to come off the sides of the baking tray.
