Camardo coffee in the best ice cream of the world
From 20th to 23rd January 2018, in the hall of competitions at Sigep in Rimini, there was Caffè Camardo in the mystery box at the eighth edition of the Ice Cream World Cup, with the best professionals of ice cream, pastry, chocolate, coffee and haute cuisine.
This year a double date for our company: we were Official mystery and techincal sponsor of the Ice Cream World Cup at the Arena Hall Sud, as well as welcoming buyers and visitors to our stand (004-Pav A1).
12 teams, 5 continents, 60 competitors, 14 international judges and 8 tests: these are the numbers of the ice cream world cup. Our Coffee was one of the secret ingredients of the mystery box, the most complex test, where each team had to prepare an ice cream using an ingredient made known only at the last minute. Our Coffee was the undoubted protagonist and we thank everyone for their appreciation and for visiting our stand.
